CANCELLATION POLICY

📩 Confirmation Appointment confirmations are sent by text + email 72 hours prior. 📝 Please note: As a solo esthetician, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 📅 Cancellations + Rescheduling * Less than 48 hours notice: deposit is forfeited/charged. * Same-day cancellation: 100% of service is charged. This amount may be applied to one rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks. If not rescheduled within 2 weeks, the cancellation fee is forfeited. * Cancelling or no-showing the rescheduled appointment results in forfeiture of the previous fee and cannot reschedule. * Active cold sore cancellations within 24–48 hours will forfeit the deposit. * No-call/no-show: 100% of service is charged and cannot be applied to a future appointment. * More than one no-call/no-show may require 100% prepayment for future appointments. ⏰ Late Arrivals Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be cancelled and charged according to the cancellation policy. 💳 Refunds All products, services, deposits and cancellation fees are final and non-refundable.
