CANCELLATION POLICY

📝Please note: As an independent solo esthetician, I personally manage every aspect of my schedule and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations can greatly affect the efficiency of my schedule so please keep that in mind.i 📩 Appointment Confirmation A confirmation request will be sent 72 hours before your appointment via text and email. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of deposit. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file and can be used towards rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks of cancellation. • Appointments rescheduled due to an active cold sore within 24-48 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit. • No Call / No Show: You will be charged 100% of the service and will be unable to used towards any service in the future. ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you are 15+ minutes late, you may be charged a cancellation fee. 💳 Refund Policy I understand and agree that Good Skin Company LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products, services, or cancellation fees.
