Cancellation Policy
Your consultation form must be filled out before your appointment is accepted. If your form is not filled out within 24 hours your appointment will expire and you will loose your appt spot.
*In order to reduce the amount of missed appointments and short notice cancellations, I ask that you cancel all appointments 2 days before, ensuring I have time to fill that appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 2 days notice you will forfeit your deposit or be charged the fee. The day before and same day will be charged 100%.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
A new deposit will be required if you reschedule your appointment more than one time.
If you do not confirm your appointment, I will assume you cannot make it and you will be charged as no call/no show.
NO SHOW your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the full amount of your service to the card on file.
