CANCELLATION POLICY
📝Please note: As an independent solo esthetician, I personally manage every aspect of my schedule—your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations can greatly affect the efficiency of my schedule. 📩 Appointment Confirmation A confirmation request will be sent 72 hours before your appointment via text and email. You can confirm your appointment by clicking the “Manage” button in the message. This allows time for any changes without penalty. Your appointment must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, or it may be released and marked as a no show appointment. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit, or you will be charged the deposit fee if one is not already on file (from re-booking after your appt in studio) • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. • If your card is blocked from this charge, you will be banned from rebooking until the balance is paid in full. • No Call / No Show: You will be charged 100% of the service and will be permanently unable to rebook in the future. • Saturday appointments are high-demand and may only be rescheduled one time to another weekend. Any future appointments will require booking on a weekday. ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and charged in full (100%) as a no-show. 💳 Refund Policy I understand and agree that Good Skin Company LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products, services, or cancellation fees.
